JBC & CO Properties Limited was founded by Johnson B. Chibuike in 2009 with a single, clear purpose: to bring genuine professionalism and integrity to Nigeria's property market.
What began as a three-person team operating from a single office in Victoria Island has grown into a 60-strong organisation with offices in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt — serving thousands of clients from first-time buyers to multinational corporations.
We have facilitated over ₦50 billion in property transactions and currently manage more than 250 properties on behalf of our clients. Our longevity in the market is testament to the trust our clients place in us — trust that we work hard every day to deserve.
